Terms

This is the section to read before anything else. Premium Precision provides aerial mapping and photogrammetric data collection. It is not land surveying, and nothing produced here is a survey.

Texas regulates the practice of land surveying through the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. Boundary determinations, property corners, easements, plats, right-of-way, and legal descriptions require a Registered Professional Land Surveyor. We are not one, we do not offer that work, and our deliverables are not a substitute for it or for a surveyor's seal.

Nothing we produce is sealed, certified, or intended to be recorded or relied upon as a survey of record. Where a project needs one, we will say so and hand you off to a licensed surveyor — and on jobs where boundary control is required, that work is performed by a licensed surveyor, not by us.

Stated accuracy figures — currently ±0.1 ft — hold under the conditions described on the capabilities page: bare or lightly grassed ground, with ground control set on site. They are verified against checkpoints held back from the surface build rather than asserted from a specification sheet.

Accuracy degrades where the ground cannot be photographed. Heavy brush, closed canopy, standing water and steep concealed terrain all reduce what photogrammetry can see, and we will tell you before quoting rather than after delivering.

Deliverables describe conditions on the day of the flight. Sites move. A surface flown in March is not a record of the site in June, and it should not be used as one.

You are responsible for confirming that a deliverable is fit for the use you intend before building, bidding or committing money against it.

You own the deliverables produced for your project once the invoice is paid — the surfaces, models, reports and maps. You may use them, modify them, and share them within your project team without asking us.

We keep the raw imagery, flight logs and processing data. That is working material, not a deliverable, and it stays with us unless a bid says otherwise.

We will not publish, display or use your project as an example without your written permission — see the privacy page, which says the same thing about the drawings you send us. Equally, our deliverables are not to be resold or relicensed to a third party as a standalone product.

Plan sets and drawings you send us are your confidential documents and are treated as such. They are used to quote and perform your work, are not shared outside this company, and are not used as marketing material without your written permission. The privacy page sets out how they are stored and how long they are kept.

You are responsible for arranging legal access to the site, and for telling us who else will be on it. Gate codes, escort requirements, active operations, traffic control and any site-specific safety orientation need to reach us before the flight, not on the morning of it.

We will not fly directly over people who are not part of the operation. Where a site is active, we coordinate the flight window with the superintendent so the crew is not underneath the aircraft. If conditions on arrival make a flight unsafe, we will not fly it, and we will tell you why.

You confirm that you have the authority to authorise a flight over the property.

Airspace authorization is our responsibility and is included in the quote. Some sites sit in grids that cannot be authorized through LAANC and require an FAA authorization with significant lead time — the airspace page explains this. Where that applies we will tell you at quote time, because it affects your schedule more than anything else we do.

Weather delays are not a breach. A flight held for weather reschedules to the next workable day and the quoted price does not change.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, our total liability arising out of any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses — including lost bids, lost profit, delay costs, or rework — arising from use of a deliverable.

This limit is part of how the work is priced. If a project needs a different allocation of risk, say so before the bid is accepted and it can be quoted accordingly.

This site is provided as-is. We keep it accurate and current, but reference material here — including the airspace pages — describes how systems work rather than what any specific grid, rule or figure reads today. Verify anything you intend to act on, and ask us if it matters to your schedule.

Submitting a bid request does not create a contract or oblige either of us to anything. A project starts when a bid is accepted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Hunt County, Texas.

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Terms already printed on an accepted bid are not altered by a later change here.
