What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and — the part that actually matters to a general contractor — what happens to the plan sets you upload.

The short version

We collect what we need to quote and fly your job, and nothing else. We do not sell, rent or trade any of it. Your plan sets are treated as confidential documents, are never shown to anyone outside this company, and are never used as portfolio or marketing material without your written permission.

If you would rather not send drawings through a website at all, email us and we will work out another way.

What we collect

From the bid request form: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, and the project details you enter — location, acreage, service type, dates, and any notes. All of it is information you choose to type.

Files you attach: plan sets, drawings, KMZ or shapefiles, and anything else you send with a request.

Correspondence: the messages exchanged with us about a request, so the thread stays in one place instead of scattered across inboxes.

Standard server logs from our host, which include IP address and browser type. These are used for security and troubleshooting, not for building a profile of you.

Plan sets and uploaded files

This is the section a general contractor should read, so it is stated plainly. Drawings you upload are your confidential documents. They are used only to quote and perform the work you asked for.

They are not shared with third parties. They are not sold. They are not used in our portfolio, on this website, or in any proposal to anyone else — not even with the title block cropped off — unless you tell us in writing that we may.

Files upload directly from your browser to encrypted storage; they do not pass through this website's servers. Access is limited to the people at Premium Precision working your job.

Deliverables we produce for you are treated the same way.

Where it is stored, and who we use

The site is hosted on Vercel. Request records, correspondence and uploaded files are stored with Supabase, on servers in the United States. Transactional email — confirmations, bid notifications and sign-in links — is sent through Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile screens the forms for bots.

Each of these providers processes data on our instructions and under their own security commitments. We do not give any of them permission to use your information for their own purposes.

Read receipts on bids

Worth stating because most sites hide it: when we send you a bid through the customer portal, we record when it was opened and how many times. This exists so that we know whether a bid actually reached you before we follow up, and so we do not chase someone who is still reading it.

It applies only to bids and correspondence inside the portal. We do not track you across the internet, and there is no tracking pixel in our email.

Cookies

This site sets cookies only where a cookie is doing a job. Signing in to the customer portal or the operator dashboard sets a secure, HttpOnly session cookie so you stay signed in — it cannot be read by scripts and it holds no personal information beyond the fact that you signed in. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie while it checks that a submission is not automated.

There are no advertising cookies on this site and no third-party trackers.

How we use it

To quote the work, to fly and process the job, to deliver files, and to talk to you about it. That is the whole list.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Uploaded plan sets and project files: kept for the life of the project and for two years afterwards, so a job can be picked back up or a quantity re-checked, then deleted. If you want them deleted sooner, ask and we will.

Request records and correspondence: kept for as long as we do business with you, plus whatever period our accounting and tax obligations require.

Server logs: a short rolling window, then discarded.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@premiumprecision.us and we will handle it — no form, no portal, no fee.

Deleting a project's files does not delete the invoice or the record that the work happened; those we have to keep.

Security

Everything moves over an encrypted connection and is stored encrypted. Sign-in is by emailed one-time link rather than a password you have to remember and reuse. Access to job data is limited to the people who need it.

No system is perfect, and we would rather say that than claim otherwise. If something goes wrong that affects your information, we will tell you.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and we will say what moved. We will not quietly broaden what we do with your files.
