Construction staking

Stakes set on site from your design plans — grades, offsets and layout — so the crew builds to the design instead of guessing at it.

Send the plan set, what needs staking and when your crew needs it. We tie in to the project's control, set the stakes on site from the design, and can send the same points as staking files for your rover. Boundary and property corners are a licensed surveyor's work, and we can arrange that separately.

Do you stake property corners?
No. Boundary and property corners require a Texas-licensed professional land surveyor. We stake construction layout from the design plans, and can arrange a licensed surveyor when the job needs the boundary.
Can you work from our control?
Yes. Tell us what the project's control is and we tie in to it, or we set control on request.
Can we get the points as a file as well?
Yes. Staking files for your rover or data collector can go with the job.
How far ahead do we need to book?
Put the date your crew needs stakes on the request. The quote states when we can be on site for your specific job.
