Two things drive the schedule and neither is processing: airspace authorization and weather. Everything else is measured in hours. If your bid date is tight, say so on the request — the flight gets scheduled against it rather than against our queue.

How soon can you be on site?
Within 48 hours of a go-ahead, weather permitting — after that it's airspace authorization and the sky, not our calendar. If you're bidding Friday, put the date on the request and call (903) 513-4138.
Do I have to create an account?
No. The request form takes no account, and the portal signs you in with a one-click emailed link tied to the address you used on the request.
What happens if the weather holds the flight?
It reschedules to the next clear day and you're told the same day it happens. Weather holds do not change the quoted price.
Who handles airspace authorization?
We do. Most of the Dallas metro sits under controlled airspace shelves, and LAANC authorization is part of the job, not an add-on.
